Mi Tereza Resort, Results Companies QPlaza , Results Companies Silver City Site , Aditya Minacs

reasonably priced foods and catering packages with well-rounded menus, elegant set-ups and caring
professional wait-staff. Our dishes are designed and handled by trained chefs/cooks where in utmost

I. Terms of Payment

a. A confirmation deposit of 50% of the total contract price to reserve the date that is non-refundable, non-transferable,
and non-consumable and will be deducted to the contract price.

b.40% Down payment of the full contract price 30 days before the event.

c. 10% Full payment 10 days before the occasion.

d. Cash basis only

e. Damaged and missing utensils, chairs, tables and linens shall be paid in cash right after the event.

II. INGRESS AND EGRESS

a. Requires at least 4 hours set up time, and it is not liable in any delays beyond
Their control such as uncooperative venue management, traffic due to
accidents or uneventful road situation that causes delays.

b. For egress at least 2 hours of pack up time including garbage disposal. The Client
understands and agrees that the Caterer is not responsible in the cleaning of the venue before and after the
party.
