CDDJLL is a Philippine-based multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software

to manage business and customer relations.

COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Employment Policy

1. Hiring advertisements will be posted on the last day of the month wherein the
company will expedite efforts in looking for qualified applicants through social
media, newspapers, websites, flyers or any means to reach out to the public.
2. The HR department will then evaluate submitted resumes to select qualified
applicants and schedule them for an examination to test their knowledge on the field
of industry that the company is operating.
3. The examination shall contain objective questions and multiple choice items on the
company’s discretion. Questions from previous month hiring that the company
executed shall not be repeated. This is to ensure that the applicants will provide
honest answers to questions which will measure their knowledge and intelligence
and for the company to select the most deserving applicant for the position.
4. The five (5) applicants with the highest scores on the said examination shall proceed
to the next stage – one-on-one interview with the company’s CEO or any
representative if necessary. It is in this stage that the potential employees will be
evaluated based on how they present themselves and how they manage answering
relevant questions for them to fit in the company.
5. The qualified applicants who passed the interview and who is seen the highest
potential will be welcomed as the new employees of the company by providing them
sufficient training and orientation on the field of work that they have applied for.
Records and Reports

CDDJLL maintains their reports annually for disclosure purposes.

Bookkeeping System

CDDJLL uses computerized bookkeeping. With computerized systems, recording all business transactions is easier
than ever. When a credit is reported, the corresponding debit can be recorded as well. The only drawback is the
time it takes to get technical training on the system, but once you learn you can be much more efficient.
