Professional Dispositions Statement Assessment

Dealing with students and their parents as well as the community my professional dispositions is to

always carry me in a professional way. To treat everyone with respect and to keep the state of mind

that we are always dealing with someone future. Understanding is one the most important key in

dealing in this education world I believe. We must remember that not one child is alike and therefore we

must take use different methods when dealing with them. My self-assessment help to see what areas

that I needed help in, as well it showed me what areas that did not need any adjusting. My assessments

were graded according to the top educator I want to be and that I would want for my children as well. I

have really grown since I first started this journey in many ways such as being able to get my students to

understand when I am presenting the lesson to them. The growth also comes in when now I can tweak

things right there on the spot to better enhance my presentation to the students. I have also learned

how to use other resources when I need to in order to have a good lesson planned out for the students

for the next week. Steps that I will take to get better is to go to seminars and meetings more. I would

watch other teachers to see how they do in their classrooms, and how they interact with their students.
