Work experience
InoTech, Tehran
Team Leader-2015-03 - Current
The field of activity of this company is analyzing, providing the appropriate solution, implementation and support of
major IT projects of Iran in the areas of: cloud computing, providing integrated service solutions, implementation of
network infrastructure, security and other information technology solutions.
My first duties in this company Designing, architecting, implementing and review of implementation and managing
tasks for IT projects in Iran. Another aspect of my work in this company is the presentation of reports and the follow
status of my technical team.
Review of the projects I have run in the company:

Ministry of health and medical education ActiveDirectory Project:

It was the biggest Active Directory Project in Iran with 300000 in site users, 8000 out of site users (for using the services
of ministry of health), 120 Head branches and 3000 branches. It implemented by Windows server 2016 Active
directory site and services solution and ADFS for Internet users.
By implementing this project, all major branches and sub-branches of the Iranian Health Network were integrated
into one domain with their own synchronization policies, and the external executors were able to use the information
and services through the appropriate platform implementation. Related outside the network using the SSO.
Technically, it is one of the most successful Active Directory projects in Iran because the topology of the site has been
well implemented in the WAN environment due to complexity and ultimately increases the speed of access to the
domain, the application of security, the implementation of single policies Upstream to synchronize domain
information through additional dc and RODCs, implement site link bridges for fault tolerance and bandwidth
management to reduce load and speed up operations.

Port and maritime organization System Center Project:

Launching SCCM for around 10,000 users at various Iranian ports for software management and distribution, OS
distribution, update management, client health management and reporting. The topology of this service was carried
out with about 60 distribution points and 15 management points.
The SCOM service also launched separately for reporting various network dimensions in three ports.
In a port, the implementation of SCSM for hosting test ITIL processes has been successful.

Ministry of road and urban development SFB, VoIP, MS Exchange Project:

The project was implemented in 12 branches and for 2200 users. The goal of this project was to implement VoIP
service with the use of Microsoft's unified communication service (Skype for business) and the mail service set up by
Exchange Server.
Based on the proposed design and presentation of various VoIP solutions, the set-up set up the FreePBX solution with
the Sangoma Gateway, which was set up in all branches for connecting internal telephone lines and ultimately
connected to the Skype for business service. They were The Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service was also
used to provide proprietary IVR services and voicemail. Also, for external use of the Skype for business tool, this tool
was released by F5 on the Internet.
Mobility services and SQL always-on have also been launched in Skype for business.
The Dial plan was implemented in such a way that, upon contact of each user, the closest Gateway performs dial-up
and communication operations.

Damavand PSP Private Cloud Project:

Reducing costs, centralized control, and security enhancements were the reasons behind the introduction of the
Private Cloud solution to Microsoft's system center 2016 as Microsoft's cloud solution with the Azure Self Service
Portal.
From SCVMM to create and manage Private Cloud, the App Controller to deploy the Self Service Portal has been used
by SCOM to troubleshoot applications and monitor infrastructure, as well as SCDPM and SCCM.
The virtualization of this structure was launched by Hyper-V 2016 and was used in the field of infrastructure of
Fortinate tools such as Fortigate 600D and Fortiweb to create security and use the EMC VNX 5600 storage.
Currently, the project aims to migrate to the Azure Stack as a new technology with more development capabilities.

National Iranian GAS Company Network Infrastructure Project:

Virtualization set up by Vmware esxi 6.5 with about 70 hosts and 1200 virtual machines Also set up SRM to provide
Fault tolerance in the virtual solution.
The implementation of the Cisco-based three-layer network and the use of two Nexus 6000 switches on the core layer
and 3850 switches in the Distribution layer for the main building buildings.

I've been designing and implementing other projects for a long time at this company.
Setting up SharePoint and creating required forms, discussion forum, project management and encyclopedia for
Damavand Co., Designing and launching a CUCM-based VoIP service for Road and Urban Organization, implementing
Rajaee Cisco infrastructure, launching Openstack for the municipality Setting up virtualization infrastructure and NSX
for hospitals in Tehran.
