Logistics costs

The physical distribution is very important to guarantee the seller and buyer the most easiest
and fastest way for the delivery, also this provides discover the most satisfactory solution to
bring the right amount of the product from its origin place to the right place.

International marketing defines and guarantees new ways of entering a product, pricing, the
selection of distribution channels and the most appropriate promotion to achieve the proposed
objectives in each of the markets to which you want to enter. However, this strategy would
be of no use if the products did not reach their destination in the time, place and conditions
expected. International transport and logistics is a complex process full of advantages and
disadvantages, started with the arrival of the order, ending with the delivery of the product to
the buyer; so it is essential to look for ways to get the products to the market more easily and
as little damage as possible.

The main points of this test lie in how to improve the buyer’s experience, since often the
destination is very different (far) from the place of loading. And what is sought is to reduce
costs and damages and to grant the best purchase experience in order not to lose potential
customers already achieved.

By choosing the appropriate transport DFI, the customer can be guaranteed delivery of his
goods in good condition, reducing not only his delivery time, but also the loss of his products;
Besides having good logistics gives strategic guarantees to the company, as well as
exchanges of information and materials from suppliers and customers, This good service will
increase the sales and profits that can be had in the future.

In my opinion to offer a good shipping service says a lot about the quality of a company,
since the buyers are interested that their goods arrive in good condition and in the agreed
time or expected; besides, logistic costs varies, as well as the products that going to this select
place.
The disadvantages are minor because in these cases the main factor is the chosen transport
must be suitable with the place and have sufficient space, example: often the order requested
is not much but the destination is remote and the product is perishable, so it is necessary to
choose correctly a transport that is fast and safe, but not large, because that increases costs
and would lose money for the company, they also have to meet high standards and
requirements; and often the main factor is the money because the places where the goods are
directed are not always in the same country or even continent.

To conclude this work take part of an essay of the university of the palms of great canary, in
which I clarify many doubts and made me think a little about the advantages of international
logistics and transport in the modern world, because with the modernization and evolution
of technologies it has become essential to speak of export more frequently, either from one
region to another, city to city or country to country, no matter how long the distances with
the internet are short we can market more easily and buy more easy things that we like and
that perhaps we do not get so easily in our home; now we get them with just a 'click' and a
bank or credit card number and many companies offer us a wide market of purchases by
internet and facilitate to get products that previously took us days or that we do not could
acquire it. that is why this large export market allows companies to be outside the current
market and give consumers what they want, but this is achieved taking into account all the
above and looking for the best alternatives that facilitate and shorten times, that guarantee a
quality delivery and decrease the costs of sale and manufacture.
