The main objective of the present work was to investigate the influence of the geometric parameter edge
distance to diameter ratio, fastener parameter washer type and effect of pre-tightening on the strength of
of bolted joints in GFRP composite under two conditions (straight shank and counter sunk bolt).

Project Description :

It is a machine that uses a machine sliding blades to cut a lawn at an even length and our main aim of
controlling the pollution was attained through this.

 Published a journal paper on “Experimental investigation on mechanical behaviour of GFRP
composite bolted joints” in Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative research (JETIR).
 Published a journal paper on “Experimental investigation on mechanical behaviour of GFRP
Counter Sunk composite bolted joints” in International research journal of Engineering and
Technology(IRJET).
 Participated in engineering fair held in Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum.
