1. Windows is to have silicone applied on them once the office is cleaned thoroughly and is dust Ongoing

2. Bushes to the doors need to be adjusted to give a softer closing operation. Completed

3. The porcelain tiles have (1) one year warranty on them and the snags (stepped and hollow Negligible and don’t need replacing
sounding tiles).

4. The gypsum ceiling will be sanded Completed

6. The Bracket in MSO office lock is to be installed. Completed

7. Filler will be applied in all spaces around any window and door that I had shown. Completed

4. MD signage needs to have a flexi pipe installed for the Falcon signs

5. Cable tray has a bolt missing and needs one installed. Not Done

6. Socket for the Airside signage to be installed by Mr. Nelson. Completed

1. Nelson labelled the sockets of the hangar and proceeded upstairs to install the remaining sockets.

2. we already purchased 16 socket boxes and the electrification work has resumed

3. A stopper needs to be put at the 1st floor main entrance door at the joint of the 4 tiles

4. 1st floor toilets need 2flex pipes, 2 toilet lids and 2 angle valves.

5. 1st floor 2nd booth doors need to be straightened because they don’t close flat.

6. Second toilet booth door has a space that one can see the occupant inside.

5. MSO decided that the Aluminum work , Electrical Work & Plumbing needs to be completed

6. Painting and filler finishes to be done at the end and concluded by cleaning
