Entrepreneurship

REFLECTION :

Entrepreneurship is one of the most important matter that builds up the

different aspects of life and strengthen up the economy. It converts processed
ideas into remarkable business venture.On the other hand, in a simple application
of the course,it brings social benefits and knowledge to all the students that want
to be a successful entrepreneur in the near future.

The businessman that we interviewed put me into my realization.He showed me

the reality that every entrepreneur starts with a dream and belief. If you have the
dedication and strong foundation of yourself, you can make your dreams possible.To
dream is to believe,to believe is to make an action.Dreams will never remain as a
dream because that dream is expected to be your weapon to create the best version
of the future. Entering in the world of business industry is the start of taking
risks and sacrifices but also the start of making your everyday story as an endless
cycle of vision and determination.Always believe you can and you are halfway there.

For him, entrepreneurship starts with a goal and will also end up with a
greatest goal. It really inspired me as a student because he gave me an idea that
being an entrepreneur is a good choice and entrepreneurship will transform every
learners to be innovators.All those struggles or circumstances which regards to
business is not really a hindrance but a motivation for an entrepreneur to keep
going and to move forward.

As Jack Ma stated,"Today is difficult,tomorrow is much more difficult but

today after tomorrow will be beautiful", it is somehow similar to what he rely on
us. Those words that came from the businessman affects me and my perspective
towards entrepreneurship.He simply wants to indicate that if you really loves what
you do, it will easy for you to make prosperity and to manage everything on your
hand. Man power is also important and as an entrepreneur,you need to take care of
your employees. You must possess a good qualities that will serve as your
advantage. Maybe you are not the best among all your competitors but always
remember that you don't have to be better than others but you have to try to be
better than yourself.

There are times that you lose your hope but at the end of the day you need
to remember that days will come that everything will fall into the right place.
Just hold on and strive harder no matter what happen. We don't know what the future
holds, but the only thing we can do is to believe and to have a positive outlook
about the future. According to Mr. Roxas, "To be a successful entrepreneur,you need
to be patient enough to handle things and to work things out. If you have the goal,
you can see the light in progress. You are not only generating profits but you also
generates the best version of yourself.

In general, I learned that entrepreneur is not the one who quit and
surrender but the one who keeps enduring and the one who invests for the future
and for the people.If you know how to strive harder,you are no longer a dreamer,
you are already a certified 'entrepreneur'.
