RESUMEN

En la presente investigación se detalla el proceso para la implementación de

una reestructuración de equipos y cableado dentro del Colegio Bachillerato
‘Juan Montalvo’ en el cual se pretende que se conserve la fiabilidad de los
datos y la optimización de la comunicación entre cada departamento
administrativo, mediante las herramientas que ofrece la metodología estrella.
Los resultados que se obtuvieron a través de la aplicación de técnicas de
investigación como la encuesta, que se utilizó para gestionar la disponibilidad
de una red de internet dentro de la institución.

Se evidencia conveniente para la institución implementar una red para una

conexión de internet estable y eficaz para la interconexión adecuada entre
diferentes departamentos que optimizaran el envió de los recursos
compartidos y el envió de los datos.

Ya que en la institución el problema principal es la mala ubicación de los

equipos o dispositivos de red. Ante las necesidades que tiene con respecto al
acceso de internet, carecen de conexión ciertos equipos, por la mala
organización del cableado existentes en cada una de las áreas.

El proceso investigativo dio como resultado que, al implementar dicha

reestructuración dentro de la institución, se tiene como finalidad mejorar la
comunicación, compartir recursos e intercambiar datos. Durante el proceso de
actualización se tomó en cuenta todo tipo de información basada en la
necesidad de los docentes y alumnos para una mejor comodidad.
 ABSTRACT

The present investigation details the process for the implementation of a

restructuring of equipment and cabling within the 'Juan Montalvo' High school
in which it is intended that the reliability of the data and the optimization of
communication between each administrative department through the tools
offered by the star methodology.

The results that were obtained through the application of research techniques
such as the survey, which was used to manage the availability of an Internet
network within the institution.

It is convenient for the institution to implement a network for a stable and

effective internet connection for the adequate interconnection between different
departments that optimize the sending of shared resources and the sending of
the data.

In the institution the main problem is the bad location of the equipment or
network devices. the needs that it has with the Internet access, certain
computers are not connected, due to the bad organization of the existing wiring
in each of the areas.

The research process resulted the implementation of this restructuring within

the institution, which aims to improve communication, share resources and
exchange data. During the updating process, all kinds of information was taken
into account based on the need of teachers and students for a better comfort.
