Personal Prescription

In my opinion im pretty healthy , I work out and eat almost every day and I eat healthy

foods that’s beneficial to my body and I constantly do cardio to get the unneeded fat in my body.

I play football so I need to eat and work out to stay in the ideal shape that I want to be in. I can

improve my healthy probably by eating less fettering foods and put in more healthy food and

some of the ideas that I have is fruits veggies healthier dairy products that’ll help my body

perform in the near future.

I went to a quick little easy site called (https://www.expandinglight.org/holistic-

health/self-assessment-quiz.php) That told my basic health. My Physical Wellness, Emotional

Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, and my overall wellness was at fairly good or above, so that’s

makes pretty happy that my body is doing good. I’m still not at my ideal body yet but im still

working on getting there and the task isn’t easy but its worth the challenge since Im already in

pretty good shape.

There’re plenty of ways to improve your health right or even maintain good health. Some

of the ways I think that’s great is working out, doing cardio , walking around the park , going on

a hike , swimming , etc. . Basically there are a lot of activities you can do outside or inside to

improve your current health status or level up your status.

healthy positive attitude about getting healthy, your body believes what you think so it’ll follow

you and it’ll boost your immune system and overall health, so focus on the positive. Eating

veggies would reduce you having the risk of lung, colon, breast, cervix, esophagus, stomach,

pancreas bladder and ovaries. In my opinion I suggest everyone to eat veggies, I already do
personally but I just think its very healthy for and the facts show it. Try to set up a 5 day meal.

Don’t eat big full course meals because you have to make your body harder to digest the food

you just ate and by the end of the day you’ll only eat like one to two times maybe three, but the

ideal way to eat is having small portions of food throughout the day with a good breakfast, lunch,

and dinner plus snacks in between. By doing this method you give your body work at good

efficient power to digest your food faster and better. Water is also a key ingredient in every meal

it makes up about 50- 65 % of your body make up and it cleans your system out specially your

bladder and liver so their healthy and functioning well. Exercising daily can help you reduce the

biomarkers of aging and make you look young than you really are and that’s usually what

everyone wants. Exercise improve your eye sight , improves bone density , lowering cholesterol ,

lean muscle ,and normalizing blood pressure. Sleeping is also huge because that’s where your

body can recover the most when you’re sleeping and or relaxing. You grow when you sleep,

when you’re sick, you have to take medicine, eat and get rest so you can recover faster to get

back on your feet. If you evr have trouble sleeping you can try yoga or meditation to relax your

body to get some sleep or eat cereal or oatmeal because that helps switch the body to sleep mode.

If you got something on your mind that bothering you or something you’re worrying write it

down on paper so its out your mind.

Its very important to sustain a healthy lifestyle because its for your own good. You can

feel happy about yourself , your body is healthy and working well , you just feel better

everything you doing because you’re at piece with yourself and your body. Healthy lifestyle has

both short and long term benefit long term wise , eating a balanced diet , taking regular exercise,

and maintaining a healthy weight can add years to your lifetime and reduce the certain diseases

like including cancer, diabetes , cardiovascular disease , osteoporosis and obesity. Short time
wise it can make feel better about yourself and look your best and give you more energy to

maintain your weight.

My 3 goals to improve my healthy lifestyle or that can improve others are being active,

being on the right diet, and being around positivity that’ll get me where I need to be. If you’re

not being active you’re not helping yourself to be the ideal health you want to be at and your just

talking to talk without any actions. For myself im already active because I play football so im

always in the shape I want to be but I can always improve by cutting out the unneeded food and

drinks that won’t help me in the short and long run. Always try to find the right balance diet that

will leave you feeling happy about yourself. I think its huge about what you and how active you

are. The things you eat can resemble who are and who you want to be, I suggested we all make

the transition on eating healthy foods so we can roam this earth longer than expected. Having a

great group around you whether its your significant other, family or friends they can help get

where you want to be. They can give you emotional help when you feeling down and don’t feel

like putting in the work, they’re there to help you get on your feet.

Being healthy is what everyone wants and looks for their well-being , but some people

don’t put in the work and effort to get themselves there or don’t have the good group of people

they surround themselves to change their mindset to make that next step. Exercised , your diet,

and you support group are key contributes of a healthy lifestyle and I strongly suggest you

evaluate your situation and see if you need any changes that needs to happen sooner then later
