3. यलद लकसी व्यलि के सेवाकाि के दौरान यहााँ पता चिता है लक सत्यापन फामम में झूठी सूचना दी गई है या लकसी तथ्य को
लछपाया गया है तो उसकी सेवाएं समाप्त की जा सकती है।

पात्रता समझी जाएगी तथा उसके करण उम्मीदवार को सरकारी
नौकरी के लिए अयोग्य समझे जाने की संभावना है।

2. इस फामम को भरने और भेजने के बाद यलद उम्मीदवार को नज़रबन्द,
लगरफ्तार लकया जाता है, उस पर मुकदमा चिाय जाता है, बन्दी, जुमाम ना,
दलडडत, लववलजम त, दोषमुि आलद लकया जाता है, तो उसकी सूचना तत्काि
सेप्टम (डी आर डी ओ) को अथवा उस अलधकारी को यथालस्थलत भेजी जानी
चालहये, लजसको पहिे सत्यापन फामम भेजा गया है, ऐसा न करने पर यह
समझा जायेगा लक वास्तलवक सूचना लछपाई गईं है।
If detained, arrested, prosecuted, bound down, fined,
convicted, debarred, acquitted etc. subsequent to the
completion and submission of this form, the details
should be communicated immediately to the
authorities to whom the attestation form had been
sent early, failing which it will be deemed to be a
suppression of factual information.

If the fact that false information has been suppression of any factual information in the
attestation form comes to notice at any time during the service of a person, his services
would be liable to the terminated.
