NGO Management System
This is the document of the project proposal for developing the NGO management system for
Services NGO. It consists of the current background of the NGO and problems having due to
present system and how we are going to overcome those matters through our proposed system.

After gathering requirements we have found that most of the NGO’s in Pakistan is using the
manual file based system for their processes. They are keeping a huge amount of files to handle
Receiver record, Donator record etc. Search for a record in the file is really tough. Although they
are not well secured there is a probability of getting damaged due to fire or any other kind of
disaster.
The project aimed to build a fully functional system in order to achieve the efficiency in your
NGO.

Why this is Important?

This system is very important for your NGO. Due to this system you can record your receiver’s
data and retrieved easily if you want to find the receiver’s record. This system is very efficient for
your hospital. Because of this system you can easily manage your data and retrieve that data at any
time. This system saves your time because if you need to find the data of a specific patient in
1000s of patient’s data then you can query your data and then this query retrieved your data and
shows the data of that specific donator or receiver.

The system we are going to build will provide solutions for the problems current manual system
facing. Primary benefits that can be acquired by shifting to hospital management system are
displays as follows:

System generates detailed reports that provide a clear picture of what’s going on within
your NGO and help management to make the appropriate decisions and adjustments.

NGO management system will search and retrieve a required data in a blink of an eye. It
saves the time that currently spending to files and records

It provides a secure platform for accessing the database and only administrators can access
data on the database.
