The L.K.G admission process for academic year 2019-20 is as follows

1. Form to be filled online only.

3. Admission form will be accessible from date 09/01/19 to 11/01/19.

(Time: 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.)

4. Age criteria for LKG admissions: The child should have completed four years before
30th September 2019.
[Children born between 1st Oct. 2014 to 30th Sept. 2015 are only eligible]
5. Login ID and password will be generated automatically. Please note down the login ID and
Password for further Admission Process. You cannot EDIT any information once you SUBMIT the
admission form.

6. If the guardian is the care taker of the child, only then fill the Guardian
Information.
7. Recent Separate passport size photograph of child & parent / Guardian is mandatory to upload
with red background in the admission form. Photo size should be less than 52 kb.

8. Submission of form
I. DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED: (Self Attested Xerox Copy)
 Birth Certificate.
 Caste certificate of father in case of reserved category
[Approved by Govt. of Maharashtra SC, ST, NT, VJNT, OBC etc.]
 If Minority. (Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain) - Community Certificate is mandatory.
 Photo Identity proof of Parent / Guardian.
 Address Proof of Parent / Guardian.
 II. Printout of duly filled form with all required documents should be submitted in our
school office on 16/01/2019 & 17/1/2019 from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
III. At the time of submission avail prospectus by paying Rs. 300 /-
Note: Submit Xerox copies of the above mentioned documents utilizing both the sides of the
paper which is mandatory.

IV. The admission forms will not be accepted after the prescribed date.
9. Forms will be scrutinized and eligible list will be displayed on 31st January 2019 in our school
Notice Board & also SMS will be sent to the eligible parents on their registered mobile number.

10. Draw will be conducted for only eligible children on 2nd February 2019 in our school
premises.
11. Final Selected list of draw will be put up on the Notice board on 2nd February after draw process.
12. Admission dates will be put up on our school notice board the next day after the draw process.
13. Entire admission process of L.K.G. will be based on Draw System only.
14. If your child’s name is selected in draw then visit the school office for further instruction and
complete the admission procedure as per school rule, else your admission is liable to be cancelled
and it cannot be claimed later in any case.
