The digital F2000 and the analog F6 Moisture Testers are used to check the moisture content of hay
before baling and to check the moisture content of bales for safe storage. Each unit comes complete
with a No. 1235 10" prod (attaches directly to meter). Other prods are available for testing moisture in
hay stacks, windrows, small & large bales or chopped hay. The F2000 has a moisture range of 8-
40%. It can store up to 100 readings and display the average and highest of the accumulated
readings. It also features an adjust- able, audible set-point to alert you when a pre-selected % of
moisture has been reached. The F6 has a 13-40% moisture range. Also available: our F6-L with low
moisture range of 6-30%.

Burrow Model DMC750 Moisture Meter has been designed to provide direct and accurate moisture
readings on a variety of common commodities such as barley, corn, coffee, canola, beans, lentils,
rice, soybean, and wheat just to name a few. The Model 750 has a flow-through design and there is
no need to pre-weigh samples. The temperature of each commodity is corrected prior to the display of
the moisture reading.
The DMC is easy to use. Press the On/Off button on the front panel and the 750 will start a series of
self-tests to check the operation of all components, taking about 10 seconds. Then select the grain to
be tested, slowly pour the sample in the hopper unti8l the display reads 100% and the tester makes
an audible beep to indicate the hopper is full. The grain will drop automatically into the test cell and
within 10 seconds; moisture percent is read on the display along with the temperature. The DMC750
can be user programmed to display results in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese. The built in
thermometer is accurate from +/-0.5°. Operating temperature is from 41°F to 120°F. The DMC750 can
be connected to a printer with RS232C Bidirectional capabilities. Seedburo also offers a printer
compatible with the DMC750, which includes a connection cable. The Burrows operates under a full
range of power, from 100 to 240V, 50/60HZ, 1PH.

Burrows Portable Moisture Tester DMC550

The Burrows Model DMC550 Digital Moisture Tester is versatile, compact and rugged
for all types of field use. The user no longer has to refer to charts, dials or manual
temperature readings while in the field. Simply select the type of grain to be tested with
the right or left arrow keys on the touch panel. Next, weigh and balance your sample in
the cup provided and then just dump the sample in the hopper – the DMC550 will
provide a moisture reading in about 15 seconds on a wide variety of crops.

The Model DMC550 automatically corrects for temperature and displays the moisture
percentage and the temperature. Moisture range is from 5% to 40% depending upon
Enlarge Image the commodity. Calibration curves for each grain are developed using the standard
oven method as the reference. Cereal and grains that can be tested are: barley, beans,
cashew, chia, cocoa, coffee, corn, flax, malt, millet, oats, peanuts, popcorn, rapeseed,
paddy and white rice, rye, safflower, sorghum, soybean, sunflower, sesame, white
quinoa and wheat. If the user needs to develop their own calibration curve, they can
connect the tester via a RS232/USB interface cable, sold separately (No.
DMCRS232ADP), to a dedicated website which will allow them to create, edit and install
a user specific calibration in the DMC550 memory.

The Model DMC550 operates with a 9 Volt battery (not included) or AC/DC converter
that is supplied with the tester and operates from 110V to 240V, 50/60HZ. Operating
temperature is from 5º to 104ºF. The DMC550 has a bidirectional RS232C serial
communication port that allows the tester to be connected to an optional printer, No.
DMC550PRINTER, which is sold separately.

The tester can display results in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese at the users’
discretion on a 16-character 2-line alphanumeric LCD display. A DB9 Serial Printer

pengukuran kadar air ARANG dikarenakan Arang adalah karbon yang tidak akan bisa diukur
kadar airnya jika alat ukur yang dipakai adalah model tusuk atau tuang sampel yang memakai
metode aliran listrik lemah.
