Basis of settlement in case of damage to your phone’s screen:

If the damage happens, Your phone will be repaired at an Authorized Centre.

There should be no last minute surprises, so here are a few cases when this Plan
will not apply:
• This doesn't cover if your phone is stolen.
• No cover for regular wear and tear of the phone.
• This doesn't cover any damage to your phone due to any liquid getting into the phone or any other
accidental damage other than that to your screen.
• Accidental Loss i.e. Accidentally leaving your Phone, in a location whereby you are permanently unable to
use or locate it, Mysterious Disappearance, Mechanical & Electrical Breakdown, Theft & Burglary, and any
Accidental Damage other than Screen Damage.
• Any breakdown or damage which is covered under manufacturer’s warranty like if your touchscreen
starts acting up suddenly (without you dropping it on the floor or in water) within the warranty period.
• Loss of/damage to data and contents including pictures, software, downloads, apps, music or any other
content is not covered by this plan.
