AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, JOANNA MARIE M. DELOS REYES, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and

resident of Galaxy Street, Mojon, Malolos, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to, in
accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That, I am an Architect by profession;

2. That, after I passed the Board examination for architects in 2011, I electronically
enrolled myself with the Bureau of Internal Revenue to obtain my taxpayer
identification no. 308-898-402-000;

3. However, I was not immediately employed as Architect and was able to undergo
further training to be able to gain experience, but no salary received, only
stipends;

4. In April 2013, I got married and in October of the same year, gave birth to my
first child;

5. From then on, I did not apply for any employment nor practiced my profession
as an Architect because I became a full time house wife and mother to my child;

6. That, I executed this affidavit to affirm the foregoing statements, to prove that
since 2011 up to 2015, I had no income as I did not practice my profession.
