Project Description:

GCP (previously known as DBOR) is the next generation enterprise systems fabric. GCP Supports
Application Services and Data Services. It is a Multi-Tier and Component-based platform.

Purpose of Global Computing Platform (GCP) is to provide a consolidated architecture and

environment for all enterprise software that provides development, test, and production framework for
developing target architecture platform comprising Enterprise Information Network (EIN), Enterprise
Data Network (EDN), Enterprise Intelligence and Analytics Network (EIAN) supporting all enterprise
applications. GCP can be used in developing internal AT&T applications for faster roll out of service,
and in hosting external clients more effectively, as well as in providing value added services as part of
AT&T’s enterprise product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Ø Involved in HLD/AID review calls with System Engineers and Application Project Managers.
Ø Responsible for Design, Coding and Testing.
Ø Responsible for the implementation, unit testing, performance testing.
Ø Finding defects and fixing them.
Ø Responding to the application user-problems through e-mails if need involved in calls.

Project #2(Oct’2016 to Nov 2017):

Application Interface: End to End Flow Management System (EFMS)

Project Description:

EFMS is a web-based application that will enable the End-to-End Service Delivery automation,
utilizing exception based processing and task management. Utilizing EFMS unique and direct interface
to the ordering and provisioning systems, users can know the status of any order in the Service
Delivery Process and any fallout conditions, if exist, through a single portal. It is AT&T’s backbone in
supporting the various business services processes E2E, from sales to billing, and in enabling the
service delivery of Managed, Data, and Local services.

AT&T provides communications services to its customers (I. e Data, Managed Services, IP Based
Services). When a customer orders a service, this order goes through different AT&T systems:
Ordering systems, Provisioning systems, and ultimately to the Billing systems (from ‘quote’ to ‘cash’).
EFMS (End to End Flow Through Management System) tracks, schedules, and manages this order as it
flows through all the different AT&T Ordering, Provisioning, and Billing Systems. If an order
encounters a problem (like customers wants to change an order etc.), EFMS also provides exception-
handling services.

Some of the key business functions provided by EFMS have been listed below,

o Workflow Engine supporting E2E business processes from Sales to Billing.

o Status and tracking at different Order layers (Customer, Sales Order, USO/activity)
o Automation functions: Presales, (PSAT, Firm Quote), Customer Status Reports (Spreadsheet), W/F
automation (Zero touch)
o E2E Coverage: Sales, Ordering, Design, Installation, and Test & Turn up.

Project Description:

Clinical Project Management (CPM) caters the clinical needs Such as clinical setup, clinicians and
patient enroll. It also facilitates the integration of insurance companies and Pharmacies. The
highlighted feature of CPM is it stream lines the patient Scheduling’s. The project can be used by a
single clinic or can be used as a CPM center in which multiple clinics can be enrolled.

Responsibilities:

Ø Involved in understanding and analyzing the requirements, and development of various modules
in different releases.
Ø Analyzing and solving all technical problem faced by team.
Ø Handling of change requests for a module and co-ordinate with onsite to understand the
requirements.
