COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course examines the forces encouraging businesses to globalize their operations and
the rules which govern such activities. Topics include: the legal, business, cultural and
economic environments of the world; international business operations; international trade;
import and export regulations; and international forces affecting the uses of labor,
competition and the environment along with ethical dilemmas that international business
face nowadays.
