<Note>
(1) If a pressure part for corner plate has thickness of over 13mm at corner joint,
Edge areas of the pressure part shall be performed MT

(2) Butt welds 100% RT shall be apply to Lethal service for heat exchanger.
As per Code ASME Section VIII, Division 1, paragraph UW-51.
(3) PT of root and final weld shall be examined all full penetration Butt joints
as per note-18. of mechanical data sheets.
(4) Category D joint for nozzle to header shall be applied PT on root and final welds.
In addition to UT on final welded area.
(5) 100% UT shall be applied for accessible area.
For inaccessible area : 100% UT for certain accessible area
(6) After firt pass before expanding and final pass tube-to-tubesheet welding after expansion
air leak test,
     Washable PT shall be performed 100%  
(7) After hydrostatic testing, MT or PT test of all exterior accessible welded area of Header box.
(8) RT joint (Flange to Nozzle)‐it will be do with γ(gamma)‐ray.
(9) WFMT shall be applied to covering fluid side of accessable welds befor and after PWHT.
