I. Introduction:
Now a days, accessing a good healthcare system plays a major role in every person life.
When compared to the last previous years the health problems had dramatically increased. In fact,
the doctors in India are doing great jobs to reduce the health problems but the poor people in India
are unable to get the right treatment by the right doctor at the right time.
Many people came to treat the internet as a major, source of information and
communication. Health advice is now the second-most popular topic that people search for on the
internet. The Technology had rapidly increased now a days and our government is trying to provide
internet facilities to every part of the country, by using the internet facilities many individuals have
search their medical needs like some prescribed medicine. So, one step ahead to this facility we
are providing an online doctor consulting facility through internet. Here, we are providing an
interface between the doctor and patient. Many people are interested to receive online
consultations and purchase prescription drugs. Use of this application has many advantages for
both the doctor and the patient, including cost savings, convenience, accessibility, and improved
privacy and communication.
There is a routine process to visit the doctor at hospitals. We have some bad experiences
and the difficulties we have faced that almost all of us can go and wait for a while. So, to provide
instant access to the healthcare, our project gives its customers a way to interact with doctors no
matter where they are situated. They also get prescribed medicine for all type of diseases. This
application places the user one step ahead of their competition. This project is useful when people
want to connect with a doctor in comfortable manner.
II. Related Work:
As the common citizens we are at the receiving end of some kind of medical need. If we
are suffering from any disease or we are having any bad conditions of our health we used to go to
hospital to consult a doctor and waits until the doctor is available. The patient also waits in a queue
while getting appointment. They have to wait until all the previous appointments get completed.
If the doctor cancels the appointment for some emergency reasons then the patient is not able to
know about the cancellation of the appointment unless or until he or she visits the hospital. This is
the common healthcare system. So, we have some bad experiences and difficulties faced by all of
us.
In another way, there are some websites and mobile apps which are providing online doctor
consulting facility in commercial manner. To get access to those applications we have pay some
money. Examples of such websites like practo.com, justdoc.com, and mobile apps like
DoctorOnDemand and BabylonHealth. In these applications the patients or the user should register
into the application. To get a registration user need to pay some money. After registration patient
will be given a unique ID and password. Patient can use this ID and password for logging into app
to get the required information. Every time when user wants to access the information on these
applications, he needs to login into the system using the userID and password. These applications
are becoming more expensive. The user must pay monthly or yearly wages. To consult a doctor,
we must go to the hospital even the hospital is very far from our current location. We have to take
appointments or tokens to visit the doctor. We have to wait until all the previous appointments get
completed. We have to spend some money.
III. System Model:

Fig: System Architecture

In this system we are providing an interface between the doctor and patient. Just by opening
this application user can ask the questions about their problems or doubts related to their health.
Those questions will be checked by the admin. An admin is the one who coordinates both the users
and the doctors by providing necessary details for both of them. Admin can add the doctors to the
application depending on the requirement and he has the right to remove the doctor from the system
based on the feedback sent by the users. Admin is the only one who can add doctors to the
application. The details of doctor like name, phone number, mailid, specialization and address of
the doctor must be entered while adding a doctor into the application. Further modules of the
application are view various diseases given in the form of symptoms by the user, a disease can be
added into the application too that enables the user to find out the doctors specialized to treat that
disease, Admin can check the details by using view feedback module in the application.
The questions asked by the user are checked by the admin. If he got any unnecessary
question he simply removes that from the database. Admin will allot necessary questions to the
doctors. Doctors will check all the questions and they will answer those questions. After that, all
the solved questions will be displayed to the user. This application places the user one step ahead
of their competition. This system is useful by providing a comfortable way to connect with a
doctor.
Doctor will login into the system by using the mailid and password. Admin will allot the
questions to the doctor. Those questions will be displayed to the doctor when he logged into the
system. He will check all the questions in the login page. After checking the allotted problems, the
doctor will give the solutions. If he gets same question again he will find that question in the
problem’s list which is displayed at his login page. The solved problems are displayed to the patient
