Intensive Workshop Training Plan

The 5 Day Intensive Workshop Training Plan will take place during Teacher In-service days in the 1st and 2nd Quarter. Most of

the workshops will occur in person, with face-to-face training and collaboration time with other educators. This will allow for

immediate feedback and development that will allow teachers to apply new knowledge immediately upon return to their classroom.

Some of the sessions will offer additional meetings through online synchronous/asynchronous platforms to continue the

development process after the 5-day period. All Teachers in Baltimore County will be required to participate in Day 1 training,

however choice for course participation will be available on days 2 through 5 to further their TTP and Professional Development.
