Complex Caregiver
S-Trip / I Love Travel - Calgary, AB/ Toronto, ON - March 2015 to July 2017
As the right hand of our sales team and the main point of contact for our Student Representatives, our
Trip Managers administer and grow accounts after booking. Through phone and email communication,
you will assist student leaders in growing passenger numbers, provide monthly updates about their Trip,
and assist with retention, all while continuously building and maintaining great relationships with our pas-
sengers. The team consists of young, hardworking, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about stu-
dent travel.
My role is to assist a Project Manager with the day-to-day up keep of all of their files. This involves con-
tacting the insureds, and following up on outstanding accounts receivables. I also invoice emergency work,
as well as restoration work and deductibles. Keep up all of the filing and computer organization for each
file. Upload all documents to e-claim a on side claim storage system, as well as uploading the documents
to Xactanalysis.
Administrative Assistant

Assist Project Managers with the daily tasks of servicing clients, sending authorization to precede forms
and letters. Invoice emergency work as well as repair work. Sketch and create the estimate of repairs on
Xactimate 27.5 as well as Xactimate 28. Update and upload documents to Xactanalysis. Handle questions
from Adjusters as well as clients. Process new claims that arrive in the office daily. Assist with the schedu-
ling and organization of the crew members in the back of house. Schedule and coordinate with sub-trades
to arrange when work and services can be completed. Pick up the mail daily and process all documents as
well as payments that we may receive via cheque or VISA.
