The number of people who are overweight or obese is far higher than in
previous generations. What are the reasons for this, and how can the problem be
tackled?

Nowaday, it’s not difficult to notice that very hight rate of overweight people. Acord to a
report of WHO organazation, every 5% higher popular overweight every year. That such an
problem need to solve for socical improvement.
One of main cause of that phenomenent come from food condition, the high rate cholesterol
of food such as fas food, meat … that plenty of people choose fast food, or restaurants and
they can eat anywhere, anytime. It’s better to use healthy food for daily meal. It can be said
that a strong body is in a healthy diet.
Secondly, too much table work and less exercise make people become fatter
Nowaday people spend so much time to sitting at computer, they don’t have to move because
of the internet
Young people even enjoy entertaiment in front of the screen. In thi case, more movement is
better choice
Thirdly, imiportant point in arranging time for word and daily activities. People often have
big breakfast for wording energy and light lunch for healthy afternoon, evening exercise i
good for a perfect dinner.
In conclusion, the best way to reduce overweitht is in food choose, working and movement
time

I’m writing to apply for the cleaner job on Daily Times post this week. I really want to do
this job and i have two years of experience working with a private cleaner. In addition to my
experience, i have my high school dipola and i am bilingual in English and VietNam .
I have a good knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation and understand the importance of
maintaining a clean house. I am hardworking, efficient and able to complete all tasks require
