Only) vide the Sanction letter No. CAB/ AMT-III/SHIPL dated
03.08.2015 of State Bank of Mysore.

We, Steel Hypermart India Pvt. Ltd., incorporated under the Companies Act,
1956 with corporate identity number CIN: U27101KA2004PTC034499, and having
its registered office at Mannat, Ground Floor, 2/1A, Nanjappa Road, Shanthinagar,
Bangalore – 560 027(represented by its authorised signatory),

Do hereby agree and undertake to you, with regard to the working capital limits
made/to be made available to our Company, as under:-

NON-WITHDRAWAL OF ACCUMULATED PROFITS OR CAPITAL:

The company not to withdraw either the accumulated profits or the capital without
prior approval of the Bank.

This letter of undertaking shall be irrevocable and is fully effective till the entire
dues of the Bank are repaid.
