System Owner:

System owner describes the analyst that we need a School

Management System.

 We require an Information System where students can easily

keep record of their academics.
 Students can check their attendance, Marks, Result and
schedules for examination and other school related events.
 Also students can download lectures, submit application for any
queries related to their exams, rechecking, security etc.
 In this system maintains the student’s records their dues and
fees.
 Student awards and comment notes, in this system maintains
the student’s different awards, comment, notes when he/she got
during school time.
 In this system maintains the student’s class and their offered
subjects in particular class.
 .In this system maintains the fees of different classes.
System Analyst:

System Analyst describing the System Designer requirements of

School Management System.

 We need to design an information system where students can

easily access their particular records.
 We need to design an interface where students can login to their
particular credentials and check their results and attendance.
 In this information system students can submit their related
application forms, and submit queries.
 In this system students can submit withdrawal letter.
 Students can check their monthly fees and due records.
 We need to design interface where students can receive
comments and notes about their curricular activities.
System Designer:
System designer’s descriptions to System Developer to develop
an School Management System which System Analyst described to
him.

 We need to develop an School System where students can

Login and Sign-up using their ID Card Numbers.
 We need to develop privacy where none else can access to this
system except for those who are authorized.
 In this Management system students can submit applications,
can withdraw courses.
 In this Management system students can submit queries, can
submit check attendance and related issues.
 Students can have access to the system lectures and related
materials.
 In this Management System students can access the system any
time they want.
 We need to develop an System where it can maintain the
information of classes and subjects of particular class.
