My Strengths are:-
First I explain What are your strengths?
You don’t have to be a super hero to have super powers. Everyone has strengths.
In fact, knowing your natural talents, skills, abilities and personal
accomplishments will bring you one step closer to choosing a major. Many career
counselors recommend choosing a major that uses your strengths.
Some strengths make tasks feel almost effortless such as good eye-hand
coordination, reasoning skills or understanding information. Other strengths can
be developed and improved over time, like learning to budget your money or to
solve everyday problems. Skills often require some form of instruction and
practice such as desktop publishing or applying geometry. The point is that you
can continue to acquire and build your skills throughout your life.

How can you identify your strengths?

It is important to know what you enjoy doing, things that you do well, and events or
experiences that make you proud and that you feel passionate about.
Sometimes your strengths may be covered up by a disability that is not accommodated
Strengths can be formally identified in aptitude tests, IEPs and by consistent course grades.
Another way to identify strengths occurs by talking with people who know you well, like your
parents, teachers and friends. Lastly, you can learn about your strengths through personal
experiences and activities. By participating in extracurricular activities, community
organizations and volunteer work, particular strengths can be discovered and further
developed. Begin identifying your strengths in the activities section. This information will be helpful
in choosing a major and career path.

My Strength
When I joint Vikram Government Collage Khachrod, have know
friend in collage and I have no knowledge about how to summit
document for adminations , at that time my collage prof.help me,when I
ask then how to fill the document they help me to fill the form,So I can
say that my college prof. are my strengths.
At the time of learning in college I have to many right/ Strength in
college ,I have right to issue books from library I have to right to issue games kit and other
things there are many right are provide by college .

What is Weekness ?

≤Weakness approach: "I tend to dominate team discussions and not listen to others'
opinions."
Professional development approach: "Being an extrovert, I tend to get excited about
sharing my ideas, but now I'm stepping back more to give everyone else a chance to
speak before I present my opinions. I've realized from doing this that my teammates
have a lot of great ideas to contribute."

Weakness approach: "I tend to be really shy and don't like to attend networking
events."
Professional development approach: "I am attending at least two networking events
each semester so that I can improve my professional networking skills."

One last point: Never state a really bad weakness, that is, one that is directly tied to the
job responsibilities. For example, if an internship requires strong analytical skills, don't
say, "I hate working with numbers." If the position requires strong customer service
skills, don't say, "I always lose my patience with people." If the job involves a lot of
writing, don't say, "My writing skills aren't the best, but I'm taking a creative writing
course." If writing is a major requirement for the position, you should possess that skill
right now. If you're finding that your true weakness is in direct opposition to the job
requirements, then it might be time to pursue another career direction or find a way to
overcome that weakness through some form of professional development before you
embark on your internship or job search.

 RELATION OF THE PROJECT WORK:-
Employment in the field of banking sector either may be Govt.
or Private, but I am employee in ICICI BANK which belongs to
private sector.

INSPIRATION FOR PREPARING THIS

PROJECT WORK:-
I got inspiration for this project work from my job at ICICI
BANK, KHACHRAUD where I work as a gold loan counselor, and
also from my sister (Mrs. Rashmi Loya) who is also a unit
manager at ICICI PRUDENTIAL, UJJAIN.
 MINIMUM ABILITY FOR THIS PROJECT
WORK:-
For doing job in any bank one must have the
following abilities:-
I. EDUCATIONAL-
For pursuing in this field, firstly I cleared 10th and
12th from M.P Board and pursuing graduation B.Com(6
sem.) from Govt. Vikram Collage, Khachraud. But there is
some compulsion in this and that is 10th ,12th and graduation
should be on regular basis and the aggregate scoring is not
less then 60% and it also on regular basis. I have knowledge
Page 11 of 36
of entrance exams (I.B.P.S., S.S.C., P. O.) which I faced for
my job.
2. TECHNICAL:-

For Doing this job the technical knowledge of basic

computer course, programming, tally, presentation skills,
maintaining records of entries and final records which
taught in Information Technology Training.

3. EXPERIENCE:-

In this sector the fresher are give more preference and
there is no need for any work experience but training of
three months is compulsory under the superior.

 EXTRA QUALIFICATION:-

Along with the above qualification, a candidate must have the

general knowledge about the current affairs of our daily life and
for doing the preparation of entrance exams the reasoning and
English vocabulary is necessary. The grammatical knowledge of
English is also needed and the writing sense is also necessary for a
good employee. And for the banking employee the accounting
knowledge of preparing banking accounts, transaction entries,
debit and credit knowledge is also compulsory. For a good
employee the personality is also equally matters for which the
personality development (P.D.) classes is also attended by them in

which he learn that how to present himself in front of the
customers.

 BANKING QUALIFICATION:-

For enter in the banking field I firstly join the YUWAM, RATLAM
where I know the word “Bank” and the meaning of banking
fields. There I firstly studied the general knowledge of daily life
then mathematics short tricks and the solving method of
reasoning queries. After YUWAM I join the Personality
Development class where I learn how to give interviews and
how to behave at the place of owner, and how to perform the
real ability of mine at the real platform of working stage or in
real life. And then I done preparation of Banking Exam (I.B.P.S,
P.O., S.S.C., C.E.E.) and confidently I face it.

may either be oral or written:-
 Clerk Exam:- For the junior post of banking the clerk exams
are organized by the authorities.
 P.O. EXAMS:- For the superior post in the bank the
probationary exams are organized by the authority. This
post is very best post of the banking field.

the post is not fixed but the sector is fixed that is govt. or

 INFORMATION REGARDING
INSTITUTIONS :-
As there is no specific colleges which imparts teaching for this
sector. The candidate must have to join coaching classes for
pursuing studies for this course. There are many institutes in India
for this profession. But in M.P. the nearest and most successful
center of this sector is YUWAM of Ratlam. Where the teacher
guides the student by very nice way. All the faculty of YUWAM is
very experienced and well knowledge. The tricks which they make
us learn are very best and time consuming at the time of exams
and daily life. Along with YUWAM there are many more

institutions which also teaches about these sector but I prefer
YUWAM more in comparison of them.

 NECESSARY STEPS FOR PROMOTION

For the promotion in this field I have to give my best
performance in the front of my seniors and maintain the
good relation with my customers, because in the private
sector the working performance is given more importance
along with the behavior. And for the good working
performances of selling the product of the bank is done
only by the good relation with the customers. Along these
the extra exams and online tests are also has to face from
which the promotion has made on easy level.
 EXPECTED PROBLEMS IN THIS
PROFESSION:-
In this profession, there can be a lot of problems that an
employee has to face. The language is also a problem because
every customer has used to different languages and for selling
to any product we must also able to explain the product in the
same language. Along with these, the technical knowledge is
also creates many problems in the front of the employee(i.e.-
cash deposit, cash payments, entry process and many more.)
because according to the modern age all the necessary things
of banking is done by the different techniques and to know all

the techniques is not simple to understand by all the
employees.

 FUTURE CHALLENGES AND THEIR

REMEDIES
In this sector, I have to face a lot of challenges but with my
seniors support and good work performance I somehow tackle
all the challenges. The main challenge that I faced is of extra
work load especially at the end of the financial year. The other
challenge may be of the competition that I faced because there
are many employees for the same customer and it can also
create disputes among them. The solution for things is that the
each employee should make the list of their customers
Page 21 of 36
separately. The continuous change in banking policies and
amendments in laws is also a challenge which can be solve by
keeping our self updated.

 FUTURE POSSIBILITIES AND CHANCES:-

This sector proves to be very good in making one’s bright

future. In this sector there are many chances of direct
promotion by extra exams which is based on one’s ability and
talent. Once if anybody enters in this sector then his career is
set because there is so much scope in banking sector. I also
choose this sector because of its great scope and bright future.
In this sector one can also gain after retirement benefits like
Page 22 of 36
pension, gratuity etc. So I want to say that in this sector, for
promotion “SMART WORK IS BETTER THAN HARD WORK”.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS
(SECTION- B)
 EXPERIENCE FROM THE PROJECT WORK

Practical knowledge is better than theoretical knowledge. I

observed from my job that practical knowledge proves always
better. From theoretical knowledge, one only gains the bookish
knowledge which is totally different from practical knowledge.
Bookish life depends on formulas and tricks which is not of
much use in our daily life because this cannot give the
knowledge of actual behavior of dealing with others. By my job
I also observed that theoretical knowledge can only give us
guidance but the practical knowledge make us experienced and
enhance our knowledge. The bookish knowledge only guide us
how to deal with customers but in practical life it is completely
different because in bookish knowledge the same thing is
teaches but in practical life we are dealing with the different
persons with different sense which we only gains from practical
knowledge. By bookish knowledge we learn how to perform on
the real platform of life. We can say that practical knowledge is
equally necessary as theoretical knowledge.
 FACILITIES WERE GIVEN BY MY COLLAGE

For achieving this post at the bank my teachers and all

collage faculties give me a better support. Without them I
Page 26 of 36
quite unable to achieve these well reputed post. I think with
the support of my teachers I am doing a well progress in my
future. By my collage a well support was given to me is the
basic knowledge about the computer and the knowledge of
Tally which proves very helpful for me in the sector of
banking or other.
There is also a great support of my principal Dr. Laxmi
Datta who motivates me for doing the best to best
performance on the real stage. My Prof. G.L. Chauhan has
give me support in the field of Accountancy, Prof. Hariom
Agrwal supported me in the field of marketing and its laws,
Prof. Gunjan Ghocha supported me to understand what the
Page 27 of 36
Audit have the real sense. By that all super guidance I am
able to achieve the great to great posts of my fields.

My collage Library helps too much to search that’s

superior job and doing the exams preparations or in the
growth of my General Knowledge.
