EDUCATION:
CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Under Supervision of an RN:
Head to toe assessment on wide age range of patients with appropriate documentation
Administer all forms of medications while employing the six rights of medication administration
Adhere to HIPPA guidelines while maintaining patient confidentially in and out of the clinical setting
Trained proficiently in Epic and Cerner systems to document patient care
Monitor for changes in patient status and report promptly the appropriate healthcare provider
Provide thorough discharge instructions and education to pediatric through elderly age patients
Follow infection control precautions when caring for patients
Collect pertinent patient data including: vital signs, blood glucose levels, and blood/urine samples
