Introduction

It is a process of organization, direction and decision making in the school

environment since it involves a series of procedures that will allow the educational
establishments a greater organization for a good for students, teachers and
educational facilities.
Also Know the characteristics that make peculiar and different organizations
schoolchildren from other organizations, as well as different perspectives for
analyzing the school organizations and understand the aims of educational
reforms, being able to position themselves and make decisions about what the
purposes of education in the contemporary society.

space and school time.

2. Technologies have become the reason why educational centers have

evolved in the pedagogical and administrative management aspects.

3. the processes were manual, slower and probably less exact, in this the need
for more technological resources should be considered.

4. The student institution requires a means to register and search for student
information, have a record of teachers, administrative records.

 Proposal or purpose of the project:

This system will allow to keep the record of the information of the students, will also
allow the measurement and perception of the impact on students to know if there is
need to make adjustments in the Institutional Educational Project PEI, because
they are going to be able to obtain real, very accurate figures, adequate, accurate
and updated information, in addition to technical assistance, in order to obtain all
the necessary data of each student in an organized, reliable and correct manner.

Improvements will be made in the institution itself, which will be reflected in the
optimization of service, saving time, to obtain greater credibility, allowing to know in
real time this information, in turn, will allow to control information about students,
which makes it easier to know which one needs more attention in terms of
performance school, all the information about the student is very important, taking
into account that It will guide the institution in its progress in a timely, reliable and
truthful manner.

Products of the School Information Manager project "GIE":

• Web page where the services of the product and its characteristics are
offered, which allows to make the product look interesting.

• System entry for teachers and students.

• Forms for the entry of information by teachers and students, which are very
visual.

• Generate sales and billing of products.

 Problems found:

The school does not handle the information adequately, accurately and updated on
the information of each student, from their basic data, to the curricular activities
they develop, management of the grades and leveling, affecting teachers and
administrators with this, since the large number of students does not have enough
time, in addition to students and parents.

The most common characteristic of the problem, all the students' information, such
as their school curriculum, are handy, creating a large amount of file, generating a
lot of paper expenses, being very vulnerable to the alteration of the information,
besides When the need arises to search for information about a student, this is a
very expensive activity.

Being affected mainly by mismanagement and disorganization, if the problem

persists attention for students and parents will deteriorate the image of the
institution, in addition administrative officials responsible for managing the different
processes can present very high stress levels and affect your health.

 Conclusions

The student institution requires a means to record and search for student
information, have a record of teachers, administrative records, have course
management, quarters and schedules reports of notes by teachers, that students
can consult and download his notes.
Avoiding the expense of large amounts of paper, generating with this a less
expense for the institution, decreasing a large percentage of the file, avoiding the
alteration of information, in addition any data or information will be very easy to
obtain.
The most notorious benefits will be the good management and organization,
improving the perception of the institution, managing to give more time to officials
and teachers, generating a very good image to the students and parents, for the
quality in the attention, avoiding that the attention be so delayed.
The GIE information system offers us the possibility of having all the adequate,
accurate and up-to-date information of each student, information required to be
administered by the educational institution, a school curriculum vitae for each
student, avoiding affecting the students. Teachers, administrators, who will have
time to perform other more productive activities, in addition to students and parents
who will have the possibility to obtain information instantly, providing the possibility
of knowing the institutional trajectory of the student, making measurements and
knowing more about the each student's competences, all this in real time.

The impact of our project School Information Manager "GIE", raises a tool for
storage, search and analysis of very useful information for teachers,
administrators, students and parents, as this will allow to achieve greater
management and organization , because all part of its organization and quality of
service, the main beneficiary will be the user of the system, at the same time
generating profits for the educational institution that implements this information
system, as well as the different impacts in areas such as:

Economy: This product will have the ability to allow users to save time and work.
In addition there will be a considerable saving in the cost of stationery.

Environmental: By implementing our search system, this will contribute to the

reduction of pollution, due to which there will be a considerable reduction in the
cost of paperwork.

Technological: Innovation for an educational institution is paramount through

technology, it means a considerable contribution to the development of students,
because the use of technologies, today becomes a fundamental need. This
innovation highlights the interest of the students.

One of the most notable restrictions for the School Information Manager project
"GIE", would be to feed this database, which must be done through a manual
process which could present delays in the implementation.
