3) List of fire fighting appliances installed by the agency.
4) Payments slip of Fire Cess Charges.
5) Work Completion letter from Developer / Builder.
6) Letter of installation of fire fighting appliances from fire
license agency.
7) Provisional fire NOC.
8) Provisional drawing sanctioned from fire department.
9) Fire resistance door installation certificate.
10) Challan of fire pumps (Xerox Copy)
11) Lift inspection certificate.
12) Challan of D.G. sets.
13) Commencement Certificate obtained from Building
Permission Section.
14) Photographs of fire fighting appliances.

Undertaking on 200 Rs. Stamp Paper that provision of Fire safety is

maintained as per approved plan
