factors affecting

myself
My family influences me in a way I am not expecting. My
family influences me on how I behave and act towards
outside world. My family influences me in a way I see
things , how I view my problems , how I handle situations
like for example under pressure. My family consist of 8
members, I have 5 siblings and my parents. My family
plays an important role in becoming a human being. They
also have both negative and positive influence in me .
Firstly, I grew up in Pasay where I feel how loving, caring
my family are. I also didnt experience to be a bully and be
bullied because they protected me from that and avoid me
in dling that. I also stays only at home, there they teach
how to treat people. The negative side is that they wouldnt
let me experience to play outside, and my capacity to
socialize with others is only few. Another, is the principle
of not trusting any one beside your family that really
teaches me to survive in life. Moreover, they are very strict
that I am obligated to go home with no time, even if there
is groupworks. Lets now move on the good side, they didnt
pressure me when it comes to studies. They dont let me
feel that I am a failure. My mother also teaches me s good
trait, that up to now I am practicing it is to becoming a
helpful being. Helping someone in need is a good thing. I
am thankful for.my parents and family for making me a
person named Donita , for not pressuring me unlike others
who experience pressure and find themselves seeling their
values, dreams and their lives in order to gain acceptance
towards their family. Thankful for not leeting me filled
with insecurity and regret. My parents has a biggest impact
on shaping me as a person. They teach me to have  respect,
moral values and good manners.
Another factor that influences me would be my friends. I
have a long time friend named Kyla. We started to become
friends when we are in Grade 3. On that time, we seem like
a dog and cat. We always argue and tease each other. But at
the end of the day, the more we hate each other, the closer
we became. We have different kinds of genre of music,
different crushes, favourite subject and many more. We are
really opposite. From Grade 3 up to now, she serves as a
shoulder to cry on, someone who will listen to my rants, and
someone who are straight-forward and lastly someone who
will defend you from bullies. Up to now, she is the only
realest friend that I have. Yes, there are some people who I
became closed with but there is a reason why they are there,
I need them, or they need me. I can say my problems with
Kyla but not to those people that I have encounter.
Sometimes, when I feel lonely, I try to socialize with others.
Kyla let me realize that it is okay to be yourself. She also
encourages me to be thankful and have faith with God. She
let me feel the reality of genuinely happy.
The culture that I have in my house is the same as any
household in Philippines. According to one articles,
Filipino people are known as settler in many parts of the
world. We are like chameleon who easily adapts to
different environments. They strive to survive. Survival of
the fittest is their banner''. In our house the language that
we use up to this day is pure Tagalog. We also don't usually
say opo and po to my mother and father. But we are
consciously doing it when we met older people. Our
favourite meals in the house are spaghetti, chicken and
siomai. Our parents are very strict when going outside, like
for example I need to go to my classmates house because
there is a practice or group work, they don't let me go
independently, I should go there with my mother. My
parents don't have a talent in singing, so we like to do
dancing more. Our music in our house has different genre
but one of the most common music that we really like is
the pop music. We like a music that is energetic and nice
beats. We celebrate birthday like most of the Filipinos. My
parents were very hardworking and strive to make our life
better.
''What is the essence of a woman'' asked by a teacher in
philosophy class. I didn't answer it, I also didn't stand but at
the back of my mind. Why would he ask me for my essence.
Well I can say that, the essence of a woman started when he
was born into this world. A woman who is an independent
soul who are expert in taking care of their children, the one
of the most hardest job in the world . For me, Gender is
important but it should not define who you are, what you
want to do. I don't think myself as a woman, I think myself
as a person. The essence lies in our attributes of we are as a
person, what is life for me, what life I can offer myself and
others. ''The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she
wears nor the figure she carries or the way she combs her
hair, the beauty of a woman will be seen in her eyes because
that is the doorway to her heart the place where love
resides'' . Each person on the planet is unique and
indefinable we should stop trying to label each other.
I could agree that nationality gives impact to personality
even though not 100%. For example, I am a Filipino, I am
used to be friendly person, nice and hospitable just like
other nations. So other foreigners will think that I am like
that because I'm a Filipino. So there is stereotype in
different countries that may help an individual in
cultivating his/ her personality that will contribute on
his/her betterment. Meaning they can easily find jobs in
any countries because of that good stereotype that will help
them develop their socio-economic status.
Social and economic factors are drivers of the conditions
in which people live, learn, work, and play. Meaning, it
plays an important role affecting ones behavior and
attitude. It is a way of measuring the standard and quality
of life of individuals and families in society using social
and economic factors that affect health and wellbeing.
Without any job or employment, you cannot take care of
your health. Also, employment serves a symbol for your
income. In a way that if you have much income, you can
build house that is more secured and perfect for your
family. As a student, the only income that I getting is the
allowance that my parents gave, If I don't have any income
coming from my family, I may not take care of myself , I
cannot eat and buy clothes.
