WINGS SERVICE
Ÿ BSNL Wings Service is a new NGN VoIP service facilitating Internet Telephony Service through Mobile/Laptop using any network Data.
Ÿ  FMT: (Fixed Mobile Telephony) is an “APP” based calling service provided by BSNL to enable customers to initiate/receive VoIP calls inside
and in roaming also from Laptop/Mobile .
Ÿ  Possible to make calls to any landline , Mobile or BSNL wings number and LFMT (Limited FMT) numbers.
Ÿ Attractive offer is available for Govt. employees and students.

NGN VAS
Limited Fixed Mobile Telephony:
Ÿ Limited Fixed Mobile Telephone is a facility of fixed telephone number with IC/OG facility offered on smart phones using Wifi service.
Ÿ Customer must have a BSNL BB connection with a static IP address.
Ÿ The "Zoiper" app need to be downloaded in Wifi enabled smart phone.
Ÿ Offered as an add on plan to the existing BB customer.
Ÿ Separate telephone number will be provided to LFMT.
Ÿ Access is restricted to office/residence only since using through wifi under existing BB plan.
Ÿ LFMT call charges will be as applicable for basic services.
Note: The CAF submitted by Customer for LFMT should have 3 basic parameters: Mobile Number, Static IP , emailID.
IP Centrex:
Ÿ A user can setup a closed user group “WINGS” across the country with both fixed line and mobile users of BSNL as members of the group.
Ÿ The users include both NGN and Non NGN customers of BSNL.
Ÿ This facility can be availed after paying a nominal charge per month per user of IP Centrex facility.
Ÿ It allows small and medium size enterprises to deploy PABX/ CUG service without really installing system physically in their premises.
Ÿ Can have a PAN India IP centrex i.e. numbers anywhere in the country can be brought into a single Centrex group.
Multimedia Video Conferencing:
Ÿ Using MMVC service a NGN fixed line users can setup an audio conferencing or video conferencing between himself and up to
29 more participants.
Ÿ MMVC service (Pilot No.) would be provided to BSNL NGN Landline only.
Ÿ Customer can schedule an Audio/ Video conference any time at his own desire, by adding participant numbers to the conference.
Ÿ Any Fixed line / Mobile customer can be invited to participate in the conference.

Fixed Mobile Convergence:

Ÿ BSNL provides “WINGS”-“Follow Me” services between mobile and IMS Fixed (landline).
Ÿ It is a type of Call forwarding or call follow service.
Ÿ Maximum 9 numbers can be added in a Follow me group including the primary number which should be a NGN Landline.
Ÿ Customer can divert the incoming calls of other numbers in the Group to any one number in the group.
Ÿ Customer will not miss any call at any time and remains always in touch with the world.
