Good day!

We are the takers of the USM College Entrance Exam scheduled and held last March 29, 2019.
We have attended the Orientation, a week prior to our exam’s schedule, as it is a requirement for
taking the entrance examination. The University of Southern Mindanao officially announced the
availability of the results this April 15, 2019, for those who took the exam on our schedule.

Unfortunately, due to limited resources and as we are from far places, it is quite costly and
inconvenient for us to personally get our USMCEE results.

In line with this, we are authorizing Ms. MAE G. LAGLIVA, a 4 BS ACCOUNTANCY Student in
this institution, to get our results. We are requesting your good office to allow her get the USMCEE
results of the mentioned takers below;
