POLYLINE

1. Press P ,L keypad then press Enter.

2. Draw the polyline.

FILLET

1. Press F keypad then Enter.

2. Next, select the first object followed by second object. Then it will cut the unwanted
line.

FILLET (WITH RADIUS)

1. Press F keypad and Enter.

2. Next, press R keypad and Enter.
3. Type any number as input for fillet radius and press Enter.
4. Select first object. Then, select the second object to complete the fillet. To disable the
radius of fillet, repeat step 1-3. Insert 0 input for the radius.

CHAMFER

1. Press C, H and A keypad then Enter. Next, press D keypad and Enter. D for the
distance of the chamfer.
2. Specify the first chamfer distance.
3. Then, specify the second chamfer distance.

POLYGON

1. Press P, O and L keypad and Enter. Then insert any value for the number of side of
polygon.
2. Next, specify the centre of polygon at drawing space
3. Choose Inscribed in circle or Circumscribed about circle and press Enter.
4. Specify the radius of circle by typing a distance or clicking a point.
SCALE

1. Press S and C keypad and Enter. Select the chosen object and right click.
2. Next, specify base point by picking a point. Then, specify the scale factor and press
Enter.
3. To make a scale copy, repeat step 1-3. Then, press C keypad. Specify the scale factor
and press Enter.

MTEXT

1. Press T keypad and Enter.

2. Then, specify the first corner.
3. Next, specify the opposite corner.
4. Type any preferable text and press Esc.

TITLE BLOCK – A4 LANDSCAPE

1. Insert MVSETUP and press enter

2. Insert N and press enter
3. Select decimal for the unit type
4. The scale factor is 100 and press enter
5. The width is 297 and press enter
6. The height is 210 and press enter

PRINT
1. Insert PLOT and press enter
2. The paper size is ISO A4 (297X210mm)
3. Change from DWG to PDF
4. Click to fit to paper
5. Click to center the plot
6. Select window for what to plot
TASK (Create a title block)

Part A – Create title block for A4 landscape size

1. Insert MVSETUP and press enter

2. Insert N and press enter
3. Select decimal for the unit type
4. The scale factor is 100 and press enter
5. The width is 297 and press enter
6. The height is 210 and press enter

Part B – Create block

Offset:

1. Press O and then enter

2. Insert the value of 2000 for the distance from bottom and top line of A4 landscape
size.
3. Press ESC to cancel command
4. Press O and press enter
5. Insert the value of 1000 for the distance from left and right line of A4 landscape
size
6. Press ESC to cancel the command
7. Press O and press enter
8. Insert the value of 800 for the distance from bottom line of offset with distance
2000 and make it for three times
9. Select the midpoint and create the middle line

Part C – Trim the unwanted line

1. Insert TR
2. Press Enter
3. Right click to select the object to be trim
4. Left click to trim the object

Part D – Insert text

1. Press T and press enter

2. Insert text
Part E – Print

1. Insert PLOT and press enter

2. The paper size is ISO A4 (297X210mm)
3. The name change from DWG to PDF
4. Click to fit to paper
5. Click to center the plot
6. Select window for what to plot
