1. What will be the help of studying martial art in everyday living?

Studying martial arts will help us in our everyday lives because of the dangers that we
face every day. We can’t predict what will happen next and it is always better to be prepared for
the worst. Studying martials arts will help us discipline ourselves when in times of danger and will
help us to think properly and not panic. It will also help us identify quicker if there is any danger
that is present or will be present in the certain situations that we will face and experience.

2. How will you defend yourself if you are not physically fit?

Being physically fit will be very helpful when defending yourself. But if you are not
physically fit, you can still defend yourself by thinking smart and being cautious. Also, even if you
are physically fit, not all of the time you will be the one who will be stronger. There will be times
that you have to defend yourself against much more stronger persons even if you are physically
fit. Thus, you must always fight smart.
