To prove that:

a. On January 20, 2019, that the accused running towards his house while being chased by two
police officers
b. During the said chase while of the police officers fired s shot to the accused
c. The police officers followed the accused inside his house, restrained him, and dragged him
outside
d. After a few minutes another arrestee was brought to the area
e. The inventory was conducted at the premises of a neighboring house of the accused’s residence\
f. None of these circumstances were mentioned in the affidavits of the arresting officers
g. Any and all allied matters related thereto

2. Can you remember what particular day was that? (Sunday)
3. Do you remember anything that happened on that particular day? (Yes, running)
4. Around what time did this happen?
5. By the way, why do you know the accused? (neighbor etc)
6. So, it is safe to say that you are very much acquainted with him? (Yes)
7. So, you are very much certain that it was he who you saw running? (Yes)
8. Why was he running?
9. Where was he going?
10. Who was chasing him?
11. What were they wearing?
12. Were they carrying or bringing anything? (yes, guns)
13. What else happened while the accused was being chased? (Gunfire)
14. Who fired the gun? (men)
15. You witnessed this first hand correct? (yes)
16. Do you know the reason why they fired at the accused?
17. You said the men chasing the accused were carrying guns, was the accused also carrying a gun if
you can recall?
18. What happened next? (ran inside his house etc etc etc)
19. Did the men follow him inside his house? (Yes)
