It is bad for Mauricio Macri and the Security Minister, Patricia Bullrich, to express the

rejection of the decisions of the National Government is not a crime. This was
determined by federal judge Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi, by dismissing a group of
people who had been denounced for threats and intimidation by retweeting a piece of
court against the President on October 28. "Such expressions are not intended to
announce a real or possible evil against the figure of the President, but, as expressed by
those accused who have given evidence in the context of these proceedings, are a form
of demonstration against certain circumstances that occurred during the administration

After Minister Bullrich proudly announced the arrest in José Leon Suárez of a 20-year-
old boy for writing on Twitter "Macri we're going to kill you, it's not going to save you
or the federal one (number 12)", hundreds of people expressed their repudiation of that
operation as an act that threatened freedom of expression. Some of them, such as Carla
Latorre, Vanesa Lofeudo, Ignacio Izaguirre and Juan José Ortega, did so by reproducing
or paraphrasing that same cantito de cancha.

Latorre (@carlalato) added an ironic tone: "Macri, we're going to kill you and you're not
going to save even a Gendarmerie's skill", in reference to the report of that Security
force that maintained that the prosecutor Alberto Nisman had been murdered , in line
with the interests and the position of macrismo. That expertise was later disproved by its
lack of technical solidity.

The conclusion of Judge Martinez de Giorgi known today was strict: "The publications
of the accused turn out to be mere expressions without any type of criminal purpose, but
actually are part of a way to express their repudiation against certain policies that are
carried out from the National State, without the intention of provoking public fear,
tumults or disorders and, even less, hurting or endangering the physical integrity of the
President of the Nation, I understand that the behavior reproached in the case is atypical
".
