“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF

FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P 50,000.00) TO BARANGAY CONCEPCION, CITY OF
CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE, AS FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
BARANGAY OFFICE (PHASE II), CHARGEABLE AGAINST
THE LEGISLATIVE CITY DEVELOPMENT
ASSISTANCE FUND (L-CDAF) OF HON. CEASAR JOMER
Y. ONG OH. ”

WHEREAS, part and parcel of an efficient, effective and economical

governance of the Sangguniang Barangay is the delivery of basic services for
the general welfare of the barangay and its inhabitants;
WHEREAS, the proposed construction and completion of a barangay
office of Concepcion, this City, is vital for the exercise and performance of
duties and functions of the barangay officials and its staff;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Concepcion, City of
Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte included in its Annual Investment Plan CY 2008
the construction and completion of its barangay office (Phase II), located at
Purok 1 – Proper, as one of the priority projects to be implemented ;
WHEREAS, due to the escalating costs of materials and provisions
necessary for the proposed project, the Sangguniang Barangay of Concepcion,
this City, requests for a financial assistance in order to augment their
allocation;

WHEREAS, having found the project to be worthy of support, the

Sangguniang Panlungsod Member concerned allocated an amount to Barangay
Concepcion, this City, as financial assistance for the construction and
completion of its barangay office (Phase II), chargeable against his Legislative
City Development Assistance Fund (L-CDAF).

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the 1st Sangguniang Panlungsod, in its 60 th

Regular Session assembled, to authorize the transfer of funds in the total
amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 50,000.00) to Barangay Concepcion, City
of Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, as financial assistance for the construction
of barangay office (Phase II), chargeable against the Legislative City
Development Assistance Fund (L-CDAF) of Hon. Ceasar Jomer Y. Ong Oh.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to provide copies of this Resolution to

the City Budget Officer; the City Accountant; the City Planning and
Development Coordinator; the City Treasurer and the Council of
Barangay Concepcion through Hon. Alfredo A. Colon, Punong Barangay,
all of this City for their information and guidance .
