Denitrification Deepbed Filter

1. Technology Principle and Process

Principle: It is a rapid and efficient method for removing small particles from liquids. SS and TP will be removed by
quartz sand layer and denitration process will be carried out by adding carbon source to the system.

Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR)

1. Technology Principle

Principle: MBBR technology employs thousands of

polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion
within an aerated wastewater treatment basin. Each
individual biocarrier increases productivity through
providing protected surface area to support the growth
of heterotrophic and autotrophic bacteria within its cells.
It is this high-density population of bacteria that
achieves high-rate biodegradation within the system,
while also offering process reliability and ease of
operation.

General Description

Water treatment integrated solutions from CECEP Environmental Protection Equipment (CEPEC), also called
modular or containerised plants, have fewer moving parts than conventional plants and leave only a small
footprint. Similarly to large-scale plants, CEPEC provides the key technologies, chemicals and processes so
it’s customers can easily achieve both process water and potable water to both industry standards and local
and international legislative requirements.

The solutions have been standardized designed and packaged features with convenient transportation, easy
installation and quick takeover. Further the systems can be remote controlled and no operator needed at site.
They all designed as “plug and play” solutions.
Systems Introduction

1. LtSR System

Description: Aeration reactor with carriers forming activated sludge, water will
be purified through activated sludge and biofilms
