Connection builds a sense of belonging, allowing
for contr ibution. Feeling like we have a voice and
choice encour ages cr eativity. Tr ue collabor ation
is only possible when we feel competent, when
capacity has been built, and when we feel
connected and invested. Each piece of this
foundation is integr al to the success of our
students and school community.
