The design compressive strength, GeFq, and the allowable compressive strength,
P,Qe, are determined as follows
The nominal compressive strength, Py, shall be the lowest value obtained based
on the applicable limit states of flexural buckling, torsional buckling, and flexural-
torsional buckling.
