INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT

This Internship Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between:

APOLLOPLUS DISTRIBUTION, INC., a corporation duly incorporated

under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal place of
business at Lot 86 Bagsakan Road, Avocado St. FTI Complex, Taguig
City represented herein by GERARD GARCIA, President.

- and –

____________, Filipino, of legal age, with address at __________________

(hereafter referred to as the “INTERN”);

RECITALS:

A. This Agreement shall govern the relationship of the Intern and Apolloplus
Distribution, Inc. where he/she will be assigned and does not create any
employer-employee relationship between Apolloplus Distribution, Inc. and the
Intern and shall leave the company free and harmless from any demand or
complaint arising from this Internship Agreement;

B. That the duration of this agreement shall be for the period of ________months
to be in enforce and will effectively start on __________;

C. That Apolloplus Distribution, Inc. shall provide the Intern orientation and training
on the assignments he/she will be given;

D. That the Intern shall conform to all the rules and regulations of Apolloplus
Distribution Inc. while on training;

E. That in cases where the Intern will not be able to finish the period of
_____months internship program, he/she shall inform/notify Apolloplus
Distribution, Inc. the intention of ending this Agreement at an earlier date;

F. That the intern shall be entitled to receive an allowance/stipend equivalent to

75% of the existing Regional minimum wage where the internship agreement
shall be enforced, payable every _________of each month based on the
Intern’s actual attendance, and that absences, tardiness or under time incurred
shall be deducted accordingly;

G. Confidentiality. The intern must maintain confidentiality, when and where

appropriate, during and after internship of all the data and information where
such information is not within the public domain and is indicated or understood
to be confidential
