I bring with myself more than five valuable years of experience in working
across industries and locations, gathering ideas, insights and efficient
working patterns which can be customized to add value to businesses. By
disrupting ineffectual practices with laser-sharp focus, applying innovative

PRESALES & BID MANAGEMENT:

 Develop and discuss a strategy, manage pursuits and pipeline for the organisation especially in sectors
like Smart Cities, Water & Environment, Strategic Development, Institutional Strengthening
 Develop strategies to approach Multilateral Financial Institution- funded projects
 Responsible for leading the proposal response to Techno-Commercial tenders (EOI/RFP/RFQ/RFIs) for
India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UAE, Oman, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Afghanistan.
 Work along with sales team and delivery teams on RFP/RFQ's/EoIs requirements for proposal content
by analyzing the bid details, solutioning concepts and associated risks for the project

 Develop a bid strategy, project effort estimation, and risk mitigation plan

About the organisation: ESL has established excellence at every stage of production by bringing
international expertise and solutions from reputed manufacturers. Along with the latest technology,
the plant operates in synchronization with the highest ecological standards. It is a segment leader in
manufacturing of steel billets. It has set up a 2.51 Million Ton Per Annum (MTPA) Greenfield
Integrated Steel Plant near Siyaljori village, in the Bokaro district of Jharkhand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Requirement gathering across departments (purchase, sales, stores, accounts etc.)


 Liaison with various departments and assist in the hiring process up almost 180 positions from Section
Head (CXO) level to Executive Level.
