 DISCIPLINARY ACTION
 First violation: Coaching / Counselling by EHS Officer / Site Supervisor
 Second violation: Written recorded warning / Suspension for 2 Day

 Third violation: Termination / Suspension for 3 days

 Fourth violation: Termination from service
 The records of discipline shall be tracked on an electronic listing. In case of serious violation even
in the first place a termination may result as per the discretion of the OIPL site management
decision.
