Good day, I am Oluwatobi a 25year old male with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology (second class
upper honours). I also possess certification in Procurement & Supply Management and Digital
Marketing Skills from UNDP and IAB Europe respectively.

I am applying to the position of ‘Graduate Trainee’ in your organization which I believe would be a very
good start to an excellent career in the organization. I believe I possess the necessary skills to excel and
function excellently in your organization. A few of which are listed in my CV.

These skills which I have developed from previous and continuous educational and work experience(s).
Recently at my former place of work I developed the following skills; data analysis & management,
operational excellence & solution finding. I was able to manage and re-structure the procurement &
supply chain of the NHIS (National Health Insurance Scheme) department of Specialist Hospital Sokoto.
Thereby making it more effective which led to better & improved health care delivery across the state
health care system.

I also gained and developed leadership, communication and emotional intelligence from being the Drum
Major during my NYSC service year where I had to teach, train and develop the state’s (Sokoto) NYSC
Band group. This led to patronage and recognitions from the military body (Army and Airforce) based
in Sokoto (I have a recommendation letter to that effect).

I am presently a Quality Assurance officer for the Lagos eGIS project where am working with Lagos
State Government and Teqbridge Limited. I have gained and develop a valuable experience in managing
a project and keeping to standard in a project.

I would be bringing a quite robust set of skills and experience to the organization in the sense of good
project and people management, operational excellence and solution bringing etc. I would learn, develop
and improve the organization’s system of operation, ensuring standard and efficient delivery of quality
services to the consumers and patrons (clients) at all times. Ensuring the achievement of the group’s
mission & vision would be my goal also. This is because, I believe working with Silverbird Group is an
excellent career choice and a desirable goal, this is also due to my vision and ethics which greatly aligns
with the organization’s own.
