Commitment to District Office:

1. My home Club’s membership strength is 20 or above .
2. I am good standing member of my Home Club.
3. My Home Club has no outstanding International , Multiple and District dues and there will be
no outstanding dues at the end of 2018-2019
4. Membership strength of my club will never fall below 20
5. I would attain “ Net Membership Groth” programme in my home club till the end of the year.
6. I will attend maximum Cabinet meetings , District Installation ceremony and District
Conference.
7. For my failure to attend two consecutive cabinet meetings I will not minf if I will be dropped
from the District Cabinet. (Mind that attendance means from the start to the end of the
meeting , partial attendance will not be treated as attendance .)
8. OI would include my family member of my home club. If they are already include then I will
sponsor one new member.
9. I will not accept the post President/ Secretary/ Treasurer of my home club for the lionistic year
2019-2020
10. I will pay the lodging charges (on sharing basis) of the Residential Meetings.
11. I will committed to it that the action plan which will be submitted by me is implemented
throughout the year.
12. Correspondences between District Governor, District office and me will be only through email.
13. I will send me performance report to the District Governor ‘s office every month.
