Agreement for Appointment of Distributor

This Agreement is made on this ____/_____/____________day

Jd Shopping Network , having a registered office at 305 3rd Floor Trade
house14/3 south Tukoganj Indore of the First part.

AND

M/s ___________________________,having a registered office

at____________________________________________________the second part

1. The initial term for the Distributor Ship Agreement shall commence upon
the effective date and shall continue for a period of One Year.

2. Distributor will be one point contact for all enquiries generated by and
company will provide you Rs.625 margin for each and every consignment
delivery.

3. The company will provide you all order with detailed address and contact
number with confirmation of product.

4. Company will provide you the orders of your said delivery area on
regular basis through e-mail to get these delivered by you.
5. Distributor have to make delivery of the order within 48 hours, you have
to manage your delivery networks accordingly, so that you can make
delivery exact within 48 hours.
6. Distributor have to collect the payment from customer against the
delivery, and it’s your responsibility to manage fund and depository
condition with the company

7. Distributors have Minimum security deposit up to Rs.100000 for a

district or against product quantity, as per mutual agreement with you.
And its refundable in a 2 month, when dealers will be canceled
dealership.

8. Company will responsible for send product at your premises, you have to
manage onwards for delivery.

9. If company found you are not able to delivery on time due to poor
delivery networks or cannot manage fund depository with the company,
due to the same company will discontinue your distribution ship, get
product back and refund accordingly.

10. The minimum stock you have to maintain at least 7 days stock other
than current delivery.

11. Distributor will responsible to update order/delivery/stock position to

the company on daily basis.

12. Distribution cannot make changes any changes in Price, Packaging or

any charges claim to customer

13. For demonstration, telemarketing and handling of routine activities, you need to
appoint following staff.

14. 1-2 operators who should be smart & young with good communication skills &
good command over Hindi, English & regional language.

15. 1-2delivery boys with own conveyance

16. If distributor want to discontinue the dealership, have to inform the

company at least 2 months prior basis with the reason.

 18. If you agree to the above terms, please send the confirmation duly
signed and stamped By the proprietor.
Subject related with any type of disputes would be dealt under Indore
jurisdiction. I accept all the terms, mentioned in this letter and I am
abiding by them.
