THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF me NIMAL

NANDASENA of No. 3, Shanthi Road, Nawala (holder of National Identity Card No.
23678976 V) in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

I do hereby revoke all Last Wills and Testaments and other

writings of a Testamentary nature if any heretofore made by me and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament.

I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my wife KUSUMA

NANDASENA nee Jayaweera of No. 3, Shanthi Road, Nawala (holder of National
Identity Card No. 345676723 V) as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

I do hereby give devise and bequeath all my property both

movable and immovable of what kind or nature whatsoever and wheresoever situated
in possession or expectancy nothing excepted unto my said wife KUSUMA
NANDASENA nee JAYAWEERA.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said NIMAL NANDASENA have

hereunto and to another of the same tenor and date as these presents set my hand at
Nugegoda in Colombo on this Eighteenth day of July one Thousand Nine Hundred
and Ninety Nine (1999)

Republic of Sri Lanka Notary Public do hereby certify and attest that the foregoing
Instrument having been duly read over and explained by me the said Notary to the
within-named Testator NIMAL NANDASENA the executant therein named who is
known to me in the presence of Ratnasiri Rupasinghe and Saliya Rupasinghe both of
No. 235, High Level Road, Nugegoda who signed respectively as “R. Rupasinghe”
and “S. Rupasinghe” the subscribing witnesses thereto both of whom are also known
to me the same was signed by the said Testator NIMAL NANDASENA as “N.
Nandasena” and by the said witnesses and also by me the said Notary all being
present together at the same time at Nugegoda in Colombo on this Eighteenth day of
July One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine 1999.
