Instructions to parents
 Parents are requested to bring the kids
to the venue by 8.30 AM and handover to
the staff in charge.
 Children must wear school uniform T-
shirt with black track pants.
 Any comfortable shoes with white socks
to be worn.
 Playgroup and preschool kids need to
wear diaper.
 As this is the first exposure to almost all
the kids kindly encourage them. The main
aim is make kids participate in all events.

 Once the events are over kids will be

handed to the parents. Parents are
 requested not to crowd near the tracks
after the events.
 Kindly do not send bags or back packs
for the kids.
 Refreshments will be provided for kids.
 Parents kindly stay in their allotted seats
until the events are over. Please do not
stand near the tracks photos as this may
affect the performance of the children.
 During the prize distribution parents are
requested to bring the kids to the dais to
receive the prizes.
 Your utmost Co-operation is required to
make the day a very successful one.
