Self Care

── Think about things that you have access to on a regular basis that you appreciate,
that others may take for granted. These include things such as clothing, shoes,
shelter/a home, a meal, a person who cares about you, a pet, education, clean
water, the right to speak up, etc.

── Consider the people who are in your life. Is there anyone in particular you are
thankful for? If so, why?

── If you love a challenge, try this—think of someone you don’t get along with.
Name one thing (if there is one you can think of) that person has done that
you appreciated.

── What foods are you grateful for?

── What things in nature are you grateful for? Are there certain animals that make
you happy just knowing they are on this planet? Are there places in the natural
world that make you feel awe, amazed, enchanted? Are you grateful for beaches,
forests, mountains, or deserts?

── What books are you thankful for? Movies? TV shows?

── What art or music are you grateful for? Are there any art pieces that captivate
your attention? What particular songs or lyrics make you feel thankful?

• Make sure to write in your Gratitude Journal each day.
