What I would advise...

When any person applies to your Organisation you ask them to Google or Bing or the Search Engine
to there choice and finds an online CV/Resume Builder...

There are many good free CV/Resume Builders and there are also many good paid or pro
versions...both are just as reputable and professional...

We accept any CV off any Search Engine...all are accepted...

I have just found a New CV/Resume Builder with AI and ML...

It looks at your CV/Resume and then asks for the industry you are applying to then applies AI and
ML...

Any issues or problems or skills shortages it then advises and lists...

AI and ML are fantastic products...they can and are used proactively for some CV/Resume Builders...

It just so happens this Builder defeats the whole process of Recruitment...

One it is a Security Risk because anyone can in sense fraudulently apply...they are a fraud in sense…

The other glaring security risk which seems commonplace in many recruitment departments and
agency’s is that they only supposedly look at each CV/Resume for 10 seconds...very glaring when all
the CV/Resume are all the same and have used this new program I have found...

So what does that tell us...the very recruitment process is corrupt and fraudulent and the actual
people who should be employed at any level are not and anyone who has applied is processed
through some secretive recruitment process is then employed and at any level within an
Organisation...

Always understand through the processes mentioned on ‘Investigative Psychology 10’and why the
Primary Proposal which there are three levels. All must be on the Primary Level anything past that
